Conformance Claim for Red Gorilla
Red Gorilla is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Target level: We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across our public website (https://www.redgorilla.red). Where possible, we also aim to meet selected Level AAA criteria.

Current status: Based on our most recent internal review, the site partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that many accessibility requirements are met, but some areas still need improvement.

Scope: This conformance claim covers the main website, including our product pages, navigation, and customer contact forms. It does not cover third-party components such as payment gateways, embedded media, or external links, which are outside of our control.

Certain interactive features (such as the homepage carousel and “Quick view” pop-ups) may not be fully operable by keyboard users.

Some headings and link texts are not optimally structured for screen reader users.

A small number of decorative images may have redundant or non-descriptive alternative text.

Continuous improvement: We are actively working on fixing these issues and regularly review our site to improve accessibility. Our next scheduled audit is October 2025.
